Director of Development
Jarrett is the Development Officer responsible for building out the Seeds of Africa Foundation footprint at John Hopkins. He strongly supports the education of youth and the development of local entrepreneurs in developing countries as ways to reduce poverty.
Jarrett has worked for the Ministry of Health in Rwanda, evaluating the cost effectiveness of diagnostic tests. He has also led teams to Mexico and Costa Rica, overseeing tasks ranging from building dental clinics to teaching English to constructing family dwellings, loving every minute involving service and leadership.
Jarrett is currently the Full-Time Student President of Johns Hopkins Carey Business school where is pursuing an MBA. Jarrett received a Bachelor in Business Administration in Finance from Villanova University, following study abroad at Eastern China Normal University and the University of Sydney. He has traveled to 30 countries and considers himself a world traveler. Jarrett’s interests are coaching, reading and playing chess.
